AED50 for COVID-19 PCR test Across UAE. The PCR tests across the UAE will be AED 50 only as the authorities announced. According to the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA) the rate across the medical facilities will be AED 50 only and the results of the test must be releases within 24 hours.

The decision will be effective as of August 31, 2021.

The cost of the Covid-19 PCR test was varied depending on emirates. Some centers were charging AED 65, while some were charging AED 100 and some hospitals, drive-thru and clinics were charging AED 135. AED150 for fast-track was an option.

This decision will give a big relief for the residents across the country.
